Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy All appointments are booked with a 100% non-refundable deposit. We require a 7 day advance notice to reschedule your event. If you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately. Your deposit, minus a $250 rescheduling fee, will move with your event. If you do NOT notify us within the 7 days of your event that you need to reschedule you will forfeit your deposit. Rebooking Policy Due to the custom nature of our events, ALL SALES ARE FINAL however, in the rare case of a postponement by Starlesque, a rebooking will be honored within 30 days for a future event. Please call ahead of time if you are running late. If you are more than 20 minutes late to the event, your event will need to be cancelled for us to maintain our schedule for the rest of our clients.
